2. Have a graphic designer put your face in the circle where the figure of a man now sits,

3. Change the side text to " No matter where you begin or who you choose, if selling your home successfully is your goal- you will always end up with me."

4. The back of the postcard can have the following text or similar : "If you're thinking of selling, now's a great time. In fact, I'm working with quite a few qualified buyers right now, one of whom may want to buy your home. Call me today for a free, no-obligation home market analysis. And put my track record of success to work for you!"

6. So not forget you Equal Housing logo, Realtor Logo, Photo, Company Name and logo, Contact Information, etc.

Curiosity: a Realtor's trait

Michael Gelb’s book “How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci” has a chapter titled Curiosita (Curiosity).

Gelb says that great minds ask great questions. The questions that “engage our thought” on a daily basis reflect our life purpose and influence the quality of our lives.

Gelb suggests keeping a notebook for journal of blank pages. Use it to record your questions, observations, insights, jokes, dreams, and musings. The notebook will encourage freedom of thought and expansion of perspective.

A powerful exercise in Gelb’s book is making a list of a hundred questions that are important to you. He suggests writing the list in one sitting, then review the list for common themes. Some of the powerful questions quoted in his book include:

·        What is my greatest talent?

·        How can I get paid for doing what I love?

·        What is my heart’s deepest desire?

·        What are the blessings in my life?    

What does this have to do with being a real estate agent? Remember F.O.R.D.? Ask questions about a prospective client’s Family, Occupation, Recreation and Dreams. When we take the time to place our focus upon the client’s interests, we build lifetime relationships and an endless stream of referrals.

Are YOU a BUZZ Whacker?

Every profession has their own language.  Are you guilty of using the language of real estate with the public? In your advertising, do you showcase your designations with no explanation of how ABR, GRI, CRB, CRS , ASR, etc.  benefits the client?

Have you ever been with a buyer, looked him striaght in the eye and said the following: " You can obtain a NINJA loan to buy the hummer house, but keep in mind, here at ABC Realty, we COCA to ensure our WYGIWYG policy."
