Real Estate Email Marketing Maximizes Your Exposure

Email marketing is the promotion of products or services via email. Email being a very versatile medium, formats range from simple text to HTML & rich media, content can be one-size-fits-all or highly customized. All this gives a lot of freedom to put your ideas across. Sophistication (and cost) can be very low or very high, depending on what kind of email marketing is done. This makes e-mail marketing a “one solution fits all budgets” solution.

Tips:

1.       Explain Your Offer: Basically, explain what your offer means, what are you going to give them and what are they going to give you? In the most basic kind of offer, you are going to give them a product or service and they are going to give you money. You can offer a free CMA, free market reports, etc.

2.       List: The target audience list has to be carefully selected.  Practice caution while buying  lists, as the wrong list can flop your whole idea. Stay clear of spammers as they cause nothing but trouble. Asking for permission before sending offers is a must to avoid getting your mail marked as spam. There are 1.3million Realtors- showcase your point of differentiation - do not just push your listings down their throat. Tell them WHY real estate is the greatest wealth creation tool ever invented and how they are losing money by not getting in the flow of wealth and abundance.

3.       Be Creative: Be creative with the concept, copy and design of an advertisement. Good strategy and copywriting can make the deal for you. Focus around your offer, making it straightforward and to the point. Show how they can get into first home or dream home  faster, cheaper, and smoother.

Articles allow Realtors to publish articles including a special area at the end called a resource box. In the resource box the author leaves a link or two along with a couple of sentences. In this box, place your name, designations, website address, real estate contact information and a tagline.

Other webmasters and publishers are allowed to reprint the article on their own websites, newsletters or blogs, as long as they keep the resource box intact.  The idea is to increase exposure by having your content circulated online. For the other party which uses your content, its free content

 

·          Keep the article short and sweet and you will get the most traffic.

·          One article tends to do better than the rest, try getting the right combination of the right title, brief word count, and a popular topic, and your article can be the one.

·          Needless to say, one good quality article will do more good than a series of poor quality ones.

·          Automating article submissions is a very efficient tool to use in marketing. On a basic level you can ask a virtual secretary to do article submissions for you depending on your target audience and results expected.

·        Things that make article marketing worthwhile are its contribution to personal branding and  inflow of traffic from different sources, making it a must in your bag of mixed advertising to make your brand well known and well remembered.

Red evokes aggressiveness, passion, strength, vitality. In business, it is great for accents and boldness, stimulates appetites, is associated with debt.

Pink evokes femininity, innocence, softness, health. In business, be sure you're aware of its feminine implications and associations.

Orange evokes fun, cheeriness, warm exuberance. In business, it's great to highlight information in graphs and on charts evokes positivity, sunshine and cowardice. In business, it appeals to intellectuals and is excellent for accenting things. Too much is unnerving.

Green evokes tranquillity, health, freshness. In business, its deep tones convey status and wealth; its pale tones are soothing.

Blue evokes authority, dignity, security, faithfulness. In business, it implies fiscal responsibility and security. Plus it is universally popular.

Purple evokes sophistication, spirituality, costliness, royalty and mystery. In business, it's right for upscale and artistic audiences.

Brown evokes utility, earthiness, woodsiness and subtle richness. In business, it signifies less important items in documents.

White evokes purity, truthfulness, being contemporary and refined. In business, it enlivens dark colors and can be refreshing or sterile.

Gray evokes somberness, authority, practicality and a corporate mentality. In business, it is always right for conservative audiences.

Black evokes seriousness, distinctiveness, boldness and being classic. In business, it creates drama and is often a fine background color.
